The firm’s estate planning practice is devoted to assisting individuals in the prospective transfer of their personal wealth. Such assistance ranges from the preparation of simple wills to more complex wills and trust documents designed to minimize tax consequences to the estate. Additionally, the firm also prepares and advises its clients regarding – among other topics – powers of attorney, physician’s directives, medical powers of attorney, disposition of remains and designation of guardians. The firm has developed an estate planning packet to assist clients in planning their estates, and this packet is available upon request.

The firm’s practice also extends to the administration of individual’s estates, whether the estate passes by a valid will or under court supervision due to the deceased having no will. The firm has an active practice involving the administration of trusts and estates.
